NON–EU EMPLOYER

Being based in Guernsey (which is not part of the EU/EEA), Sarnia Crew is ideally placed to provide a full range of employer options. Non EU/EEA/Switzerland (non EU) employment and payroll removes the obligation for either employer Social Security contributions to be paid or for employee Social Security contributions to be deducted from salaries. Captains and crew are employed under specially designed contracts where their salaries are paid gross and the responsibility falls upon the employee to meet their social security and income tax liabilities.
