STAND ALONE CREW EMPLOYMENT COMPANY

Sarnia Crew can establish and administer a stand alone company for the sole purpose of acting as crew employer. This company may utilise Sarnia Crew's own non EU crew employment contracts or have the added flexibility of considering other crew employment contracts supplied by the owner's lawyer subject to prior agreement by Sarnia Crew.

Whilst a stand alone company appears to be the most expensive of the options, it is often the most flexible and becomes more cost effective where 6 or more crew are to be employed on a yacht.
